1999...
Anchor Grup developed it's first shopping center, called Bucuresti Mall, which was the first shopping center in Romania. Bucuresti Mall offers more than 100 stores spread over 53,000 sqm, Multiplex cinema, supermarket and entertainment options to its visitors.

2004...
After 6 succesfull years, Anchor Grup decided to develop it's second shopping center which would be the largest not only in Romania but also in the Balkans called Plaza Romania, covering an area of more than 100,000 sqm.

2005...
Anchor Grup diversified it's business in 2005 by undertaking construction of an A-Class office building next to Plaza Romania called Anchor Plaza.

2006...
Anchor Grup has started to develop two residential projects in central locations in Bucharest, with more than 60 million Euros. The projects will offer more than 800 high standard apartments to Bucharest residents.

2006...
Anchor Grup’s first residential project, InCity Residences,was launched. Located in downtown Bucharest in a very close proximity of Bucuresti Mall, InCity Residences aims to provide its residents high quality living standards within the city. The residential compound offers 502 apartments in 13 different types and social activity areas like indoor swimming pool, minimarket, play grounds, fitness center. InCity Residences will have been completed at the start beginning of 2009.

2007...
Anchor Grup has extended its development to outside of Romania and launched the first modern shopping center in Chisinau, the capital of Republic of Moldova. Shopping MallDova will have 25.500 sqm GLA and over 100 stores. Anchor Grup aims to bring many international retailers to Moldavian market and create a prime retail and leisure destination in the center of Chisinau. Shopping MallDova will have opened its doors by the autumn of 2008.

2007...
Anchor Grup finalizes the extension of Bucuresti Mall. The total investment consists of over 20 milion euro. The extension enlarged Bucuresti Mall with over 9000 GLA and with over 900 parking spaces.
